I Don’t Mean to Be Koi…..

It was supposed to be a fun summer project: find my Buyers a house that, in their words, was “really, really unique and cool – something totally different.” If I could possibly find anything to fit that description sometime over the summer, they said, they’d look at it, but they assumed it would be tricky to find anything. Ha ha – challenge accepted!! Fast forward a mere 24 hours later and we were on our second visit to this “really, really unique and cool – something totally different, tricky to find” house that I found for them: a mid-century modern with a floating staircase, an entire wall of windows, AND an indoor koi pond. (Does it get any more unique or cool than an indoor koi pond? The answer is no, it doesn’t!) With the summer project wrapped so quickly, now my Buyers will have to fill their days relaxing on their new wrap around deck, and checking on the koi.
