They Woke Up at 5 a.m. To See This House!!!

Buying a house in a tight market is a challenge. Buying it when you live out of town and can’t get here quickly to look at houses makes it even more challenging. Luckily my Buyers were patient and up to the task. Working together we searched properties and locations for possible matches. When this house became available, they rose at 5 a.m. on a Saturday, driving five hours straight to view it and other houses. Now that these Buyers own the house and are moving in, their early morning house hunting days are done and they have the perfect home in which to sleep in, on Saturdays!
